Annual accounts will normally be required for all of our sole trader clients, partnerships, limited companies and limited liability partnerships. We also prepare accounts for trade associations, charities and solicitors. Some of these are ‘statutory accounts’ meaning that they are required by law. For example, accounts prepared for limited companies and limited liability partnerships must be filed at Companies House on an annual basis. We make the accounts preparation and submission process stress free. All you need to do is provide us with your accounting records – no matter what state they are in! You can then just leave the rest to us.
